Action for Happiness - 10 Keys to happier living

For this project, we worked with our friends at Hope Together, Hope for Every Home, the Diocese of Peterborough and the charity, Action for Happiness. Quoole LTD undertook all aspects of production.

Action for Happiness carry such a positive message, of working to improve mental health in young people and children. One of the ways they do this is the ‘ten keys to happier living’ - ten areas that we can work on to be more happy.

This video series explores these 10 keys over 8 episodes, featuring Peter and Val from Action for Happiness talking about what each key is, what it means and how we can live it out in our day to day lives to be happier ourselves and to spread happiness in the world around us. Val also demonstrates some of the practical activities that we can be involved in

We also created a church focused video with Sammy Jordan from Every Home For Christ and Charlotte Nobbs from Peterborough Diocese, encouraging churches to pick up these videos and use the concepts to help the children and young people that they are in contact with.
