Flourish 2022 Conference

Flourish is a movement of women, aiming to lift up one another with an annual conference - unfortunately the pandemic stopped a meeting in person, so in 2021 and 2022 we provided support to run a hybrid event.

In 2021, we ran the admin for the Zoom meeting, taking that pressure off the hosts, muting and unmuting people as needed, spotlighting the guests who were talking and making sure that all the pre-recorded content was woven in seamlessly.

In 2022, they wanted to take it up a notch and we facilitated two live hosts from a hired studio (that we set up in collaboration with New Life Rugby) to keep that back and forth energy of two hosts, as well as taking on all the admin tasks from the previous year. The video above is from 2022.
