According to Courtyard homes, properties with a video are 403% more likely to get visits than ones without and according to Rightmove, over a third of properties are now listed with videos.
Video helps to give potential buyers an idea of the scale and flow of a property, something that photos alone can’t do.
We also offer aerial footage and photography to help highlight the area.

Photos of a property from the air, can be really helpful for buyers to see the scale of the property, and to get a unique perspective on the property.
This package just includes aerial photos.
Drone only

Video from the air can also be really helpful for buyers to see the scale of the property, and to show them the surrounding area.
This package includes a ~60sec aerial video and photos from the air.
By default, this package includes a horizontal video, ideal for use on the web/Rightmove/Zoopla. We can swap this out for a vertical video - great for social media, or we can produce both for an extra £50.
Inside Only

This package includes a video of the inside of the property, showing off all the rooms and the flow and scale. We will also make sure to highlight any key features that you want to highlight.
By default, this package is just the inside of the property, but we can also include piece to camera (someone talking on camera) for an additional £50
This package doesn’t include any drone/aerial footage.This package includes a horizontal video, ideal for use on the web. But we can swap this out for vertical video or produce both for an extra £50

This package combines Drone shots and internal shots - giving your audience a whole view of the property you are selling.
By default, this package doesn’t include any pieces to camera, but we can add that on for an additional £50
